- Developed a YOLOv11 corrosion detection pipeline, from dataset construction and preprocessing to model training and robustness evaluation.
- Integrated YOLO and DeepLab segmentation to identify corrosion and rust spots, producing annotated images and affected-area ratios.
- Independently built the Spring Boot backend with Python inference, batch processing, asynchronous task tracking, JWT authentication, and user-specific inspection history.
